Job Title: Senior Lawyer - Structured Finance

Clifford Chance is a leading global law firm with a strong presence in the structured finance market. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our team in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on complex structured finance transactions, including securitization, factoring, and derivatives.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in structured finance.
Requirements:
  • French-law qualified and trained.
  • Proven post-qualification experience in structured finance.
  • Excellent academic history and first-rate legal skills.
  • Strong reputation amongst clients for providing commercial solutions.
  • Excellent document drafting skills.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • High level of commercial awareness.
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams.
