This position will support the Accounting Manager in developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in GL accounting and reporting within the ACC Group (France, Germany, Italy)
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of documents and information in the accounting system, adhering to local legal and corporate regulations
- Collaborate with local finance controllers on inventory checks and compliance between physical and accounting inventory
Key responsibilities include:
- Book and reconcile payroll entries, ensuring matching of payroll entries by the service provider monthly
- Control the correct allocation of bank entries and supervise the reconciliation of supplier payment accounts
- Ensure taxes are posted on the correct accounts and reconciled with their payment
- Contribute to establishing a solid fiscal calendar and controls for fiscal returns and related accruals
- Provide necessary financial data for External Audit
- Accounting in French GAAP and IFRS
- Solid knowledge of ERP and consolidation tools
- At least 5 years of accounting experience in an international environment
- Degree in Accounting (3-year degree), ideally CPA or equivalent
- Fluent in French and English
