AXA Group Operations is seeking a highly skilled Network Expert to join its Network Product Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, engineering, delivering, and supporting network infrastructure solutions that contribute to the company's digital transformation and cyber risk mitigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Define and deliver sustainable, robust, and secured network solutions in collaboration with Group Security, CTO, and One Network Program.
- Manage the advisory, selection, design, and integration of network products and services.
- Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, AXA IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors.
- Ensure Quality of Service (QOS) delivery and support of network solutions.
- Provide high expertise support on network products and services.
- Experience in driving large architecture, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
- Core activity: focus on Cisco ACI, switch Fabric, and VMware NSX-T.
- Mastering Infrastructure as Code with Python, TerraForm, and Ansible.
- Maintain understanding of network technology and market practices with a very good/established level of expertise.
- Knowledge in network and cloud design patterns, security solutions, and IT infrastructure best practices.
- University degree (engineer profile) with experience in network domain in an international and matrix organization.
- Leadership skills, results orientation, change leadership, adaptability, and ability to drive collaborative behavior.
- Communication skills, listening, spoken, and written communication, collaboration, and ability to work in a global team.
- Openness and reaching out, human relationship skills, curiosity, and ability to see opportunities in situations.
- International profile, ability to work effectively in an international environment, and proficiency in English.
