About the Role

Bruker, a leading analytical instrumentation company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction within the Bruker Biopsin organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to increase market penetration with our end-to-end portfolio of consumables, services, software, and aftermarket products.
  • Engage in the pre-sales phase, including managing the lead queue and generating new leads through prospect engagement and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with field and market sales, service, and application specialists to achieve sales goals.
  • Evaluate marketing-qualified leads and take appropriate actions using lead management and customer relationship processes.
  • Recommend and support changes in processes to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and build customer relationships, ensuring Bruker is seen as a long-term business partner.
  • Work closely with sales, market product management, and MarCom teams to leverage growth opportunities and identify wins.
  • Provide number of bookings forecasts for inside sales-owned opportunities.
  • Coordinate multi-department projects to meet deadlines.
  • Actively participate in an open-communication environment.
  • Ensure customer brand consistency and drive customer loyalty to Bruker.
  • Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met.

Requirements

  • A good standard of personal presentation.

Qualifications

  • Degree in chemistry, analytical science, or physics.
  • Degree and/or significant experience in sales, business administration, or relevant field.
  • Experience in the high-technology life science field.
  • Background in NMR is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum two to three years of proven work experience in the science industry in a sales role.
  • Fluent written/spoken French and English, and any other 3rd work proficient language.
  • Creative thinker with a decision-ready attitude to achieve.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and SAP.
  • In-depth understanding of lead management, customer relationship, and sales administration processes.
  • Computer literacy for document, presentation preparation, and report writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills in local language and English.
  • Proven negotiating skills.
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels.
