Position OverviewIn this role, you will take charge of the oversight and execution of electrical engineering packages tailored for offshore wind projects. This position requires a strategic mindset and a proven track record in managing intricate projects from inception to conclusion. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all electrical elements of our offshore wind initiatives are designed, sourced, and implemented effectively, adhering to budget constraints and maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the planning, execution, and completion of electrical engineering packages for offshore wind initiatives.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to meet project milestones.
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing strategies for mitigation.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards relevant to offshore wind energy.
- Oversee financial planning, scheduling, and resource distribution to meet project goals.
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in the wind energy sector, particularly in electrical engineering for offshore wind projects.
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven project management capabilities with a history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
The selected candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package.
