Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.

  • Participate in the development of patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, and ensure that these plans are respected and documented.

  • Compensate for patients' lack of autonomy by providing ongoing support, while encouraging independence in daily activities when possible.

  • Contribute to the organization of activities and the establishment of the healthcare project.

  • Share moments of life with patients and be attentive to their changes in behavior, informing the rest of the team and adapting to these changes.

Profile

Profile: We are looking for healthcare professionals with a diploma in healthcare assistance and at least one year of experience. We are seeking healthcare assistants (M/F) to work on a freelance basis.

Personality: We are looking for individuals who are ready to embark on a new adventure and join our team at Smart Santé Conseil.
