Unlock the Power of Workflow Automation
At Datadog, we're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Workflow App team. As a key member of our product leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving the development and growth of our Workflow Automation product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of engineers, focusing on performance management, career development, and technical growth.
- Partner with Product and internal stakeholders to shape our integration roadmap, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Own the full development lifecycle and operation of our integrations, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Drive the UI development of our state-of-the-art Workflow Builder, as well as all UI aspects related to the Workflow Automation product.
- Collaborate with UX designers and Product managers to define an engaging experience that solves real customer problems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading diverse and inclusive engineering teams, including onboarding and performance management.
- Passion for shipping high-quality products and a track record of success.
- Ability to take ambiguous requirements and create a plan with measurable and tangible outcomes, as well as getting buy-in from stakeholders.
- Deep experience in frontend technologies, proficient in CSS, TypeScript, and React, with the ability to navigate technical challenges.
- Track record of leading and operating code in production, with a focus on efficiency and automation.
- Understanding of the value of driving efficiencies through automation, orchestration, and partnerships with external teams.
- Experience working and communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, distributed organization.
