Job Description

Wavestone is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Senior Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of the HR Steering Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR function across several practices, encompassing 800 to 1200 employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the HR Steering Team to define HR priorities and key initiatives, lead global HR development projects, and drive change management.
  • Implement HR priorities and initiatives locally, aligning with the broader HR strategy and business requirements of the scope.
  • Utilize Wavestone's engagement surveys and HR KPIs to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Lead the HR team of the scope, providing leadership, goals, and direction to ensure the delivery of the HR agenda.
  • Ensure annual People processes are completed, support and challenge practices leadership teams through talent development, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and change management.
  • Foster a seamless, inclusive, and positive employee experience for all employees of the scope, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Support business decisions with reliable HR insights.
  • Contribute to fostering a respectful and safe environment within the scope, identifying and managing individual issues, and engaging with mental health and well-being initiatives.
  • Assess the efficiency of HR processes within the scope, collaborating with HR colleagues across Wavestone to share best practices.
  • Handle employee issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
Qualifications:
  • More than 10 years' experience in Human Resources, including managerial and leadership roles.
  • Cultural fit to act as an ambassador of Wavestone's values.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken French & English, influence, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to scope and drive projects, support change management.
  • Ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to contribute, excited to get involved in new things, and take on challenges.
