Our facility, with a capacity of 209 beds, is structured into 6 welcoming living units, alongside specialized care units designed for optimal resident support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care in accordance with established protocols
  • Administer medications and oversee treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team to enhance resident care
  • Assess and implement preventive measures tailored for elderly individuals
  • Support residents in daily tasks to foster independence
  • Engage in the organization and enhancement of care practices

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • Possession of a Registered Nurse Diploma
  • Previous experience in EHPAD or geriatric settings is advantageous
  • Familiarity with nursing protocols and industry best practices
  • Capacity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to medical documentation
  • Compassionate and attentive approach to resident care
  • Effective communication abilities with residents, colleagues, and families
