Position Overview:

As part of the Accounting and Tax Department and reporting to the Business Process Owner Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conducting thorough analyses of supplier accounts to identify financial optimization opportunities.
  • Maintaining a proactive oversight of internal controls and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
  • Designing and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.
  • Supporting the implementation and/or maintenance of One Pager (BI Reporting) to ensure activity tracking.

Project Management:

  • Facilitating supplier engagement and departmental support in the invoice digitization project.
  • Organizing process review workshops for suppliers, employing continuous improvement methodologies to optimize existing workflows.
  • Actively participating in Group and Accounting and Tax Department projects.
  • Creating detailed process maps for supplier workflows, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of flows and interactions.

Communication and Business Partnership:

  • Serving as a Business Partner within the Supplier Department, fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Ensuring effective communication across different departments within the organization.
  • Strategically coordinating and managing relationships with Shared Service Centers located internationally, showcasing the ability to lead successful international interactions.

Candidate Profile:

With a higher education background in accounting or management control (minimum Bac+4), you possess a successful initial experience in a similar role or as a management controller with project management experience, or as an accountant with analytical responsibilities.
A strong command of English (frequent oral and written communication) is essential. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and analytical thinking.
Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Fixed salary over 13 months plus a variable component of 7%
  • Executive status with a day-based work schedule and 12 additional days off
