As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing client projects that encompass both technical and functional dimensions. Your role will involve:
- Assessing client requirements and drafting detailed technical specifications.
- Configuring ERP systems to meet client needs.
- Creating tailored features to enhance system functionality.
- Providing ongoing support for clients, including maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Managing ERP administrative responsibilities such as system upgrades and data backups.
- Enjoying the flexibility of telecommuting for up to two days each week.
- Engaging in regular travel within the region, approximately once or twice a week, with all travel expenses reimbursed.
- Receiving a competitive salary commensurate with your experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
