Strategic Financial Analyst - DTC Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Analyst to join our team at Columbia Sportswear Company. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability across our European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and profitability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
