About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our R&D team as a Senior Mobile and Web Applications Developer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and proposing solutions that meet the functional needs of the Citadel Team roadmap in collaboration with our product, design, and devOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in defining the software strategy (methodology, architecture, best practices) and making technical choices related to the evolution of the service, which is based on the open standard Matrix.
  • Define the architecture and software specifications and lead technical meetings with development teams (Android, iOS, Web).
  • Provide input elements necessary for development teams in accordance with the Agile Scrum methodology in place.
  • Ensure the quality of the software produced and the coherence of developments between each component.

Requirements

  • Hold a Master's degree or higher and/or engineering school degree.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in technical roles in software development and architecture.
  • Be proficient in Kotlin/Compose, Swift, Git, and REST API services.
  • Mastery of mobile development best practices for Android and iOS.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker would be an asset.
