A Day in the Life of the IT Finance Project Manager:
You will be positioned within the IT department while maintaining a strong connection with business and operations teams, assisting them in utilizing technology solutions to achieve their objectives.
You will oversee both project and operational activities of EPM platforms, addressing four primary challenges: collecting, publishing, simulating, and analyzing relevant KPIs.
Staying updated on the latest technological advancements in these areas will be crucial, as you will also aid in selecting solutions for new initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
First and foremost, we value individuals who are curious, collaborative, eager to make an impact, proactive, and who appreciate innovation, autonomy, and teamwork.
Additionally, for this specific role, it is essential to possess:
- A minimum of years' experience in EPM technologies, as you will be leading intricate technical designs.
- Prior knowledge of the Controlling domain and a desire to deepen your understanding in this area, as our business partners require a high level of functional insight.
- Familiarity with major EPM technologies (IBM Planning Analytics, Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik,...).
- The ability to lead and prioritize demands effectively.
- Strong teamwork capabilities, as collaboration is fundamental to our operations.
- Excellent communication skills, as you will be central to IT/business interactions.
- A sense of responsibility for your work and the ability to manage timely escalations, as our team operates under an empowerment model.
