Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead Billing professional to join our team. As a Tech Lead Billing, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of the billing and e-invoicing application from a technological standpoint, including architecture, technical design, run, and build.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain billing solutions and e-invoicing systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage integrations and ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Oversee hosting and manage technical third-party providers.
- Manage third-party contracts, support, and licenses linked to the software strategy of Accortech.
- Oversee and manage maintenance and end-user support across all levels (L1, L2, L3).
- Ensure the Security and Compliance (Privacy Policy, GDPR) of the platform.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Graduated from an engineering or business school with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Excellent proficiency in Salesforce Billing or Zuora Billing or Kansys edge systems.
- Proven track record in managing and maintaining one or multiple applications related to financial billing and e-invoicing processes (performance, security, functionality, availability), as well as financial processes (accounts receivable/payable, general accounting, consolidation, and reporting, etc.).
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, and change management).
- Several experiences in leading application teams.
