Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the maximum number of megawatts (MW) under development reach the ready-to-build (RTB) stage.
- Lead the management of portfolio projects, whether co-developed with partners or initiated internally by the Origination team, ensuring all development milestones are met successfully, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting on project development to enable top management to make informed decisions.
- Secure timely approvals from management to ensure positive project progress.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of project development steps, including permitting, land contracts, and grid connection.
- Ability to manage teams in a matrix structure (management by influence).
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to implement and maintain project management tools to ensure accurate reporting on all aspects of the project, including development status and cash flow plans.
- Strong communication skills: able to effectively communicate needs and objectives to a cross-functional team in an international and multicultural environment.
Willingness to travel and work in a diverse, multicultural team.
