We are looking for a committed professional to contribute to the design and upkeep of high-end facilities for a distinguished client. In this role, you will be instrumental in the engineering, development, and maintenance of MEP systems, machinery, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer, develop, and oversee MEP systems
  • Draft equipment specifications for new projects
  • Support clients in sourcing materials
  • Calculate material, construction, labor costs, and project timelines
  • Deliver technical guidance on engineering needs
  • Collaborate with external partners for Facilities Services
  • Oversee repair and maintenance activities
  • Contribute to staff training initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in Facilities or Project Management
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is advantageous
  • Exceptional design and engineering capabilities
  • Familiarity with CAD, Dialux, and similar tools
