Infrastructure & Process Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Infrastructure & Process Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and plan regulatory controls for infrastructure and processes, ensuring adherence to all applicable standards and regulations.
  • Maintenance Management: Record and track maintenance intervention requests for infrastructure and processes, effectively managing the workflow and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to infrastructure and process maintenance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facility Management System: Monitor and maintain our facility management system, ensuring its accuracy and effectiveness in supporting operational needs.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate site entries and appointment scheduling for subcontractors, facilitating seamless collaboration and project execution.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow up on safety plans and permits for fire and work at heights, promoting a safe and secure working environment.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, including meeting summaries and weekly maintenance activity reports, providing clear and concise updates on operational activities.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and track supplier deliveries, ensuring timely receipt of materials and equipment required for infrastructure and process maintenance.
  • Audits & Compliance: Manage multi-technical audits requested by the group, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Project Development: Write project investment requests and technical specifications, contributing to the planning and implementation of new initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Service, ensuring efficient operations and smooth workflow.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Plan monthly reporting meetings with the Facility Manager, fostering effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Data Management: Input and correct data in Myself system in the absence of HR Officer, maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Production Support: Provide support for production workshops time tracking in LN system, ensuring accurate recording of labor hours.
