We are seeking a highly skilled Modelling Expert to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As a key member of our Risk Department, you will be responsible for developing and supervising credit risk models, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and are aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement credit risk models, including Pillar 1 models, IFRS9 models, and credit scorecards.
- Supervise the implementation and use of models, ensuring they are accurate and effective.
- Test the performance of models and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are aligned with business needs.
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Model Risk Management and ICAAP.
- Experience in defining and implementing credit risk models, with a strong understanding of statistical concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
