Software Development Manager

Are you ready to take on a challenging role in one of the most complex and satisfying IT environments on Earth?

As the next Software Development Manager, you will lead a global team responsible for providing available and usable test systems to users/customers and facilitating their test experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Monitoring: proactively monitor Customer Facing Test Systems, Skilling environment, and Internal Test Systems
  • Capture/Restore coordination: manage all Test Systems
  • Automation development and implementation: improve operational efficiency
  • Test Systems usability and stability: ensure levels of service are met and guarantee a stable environment for customers
Requirements:
  • Active critical mind: challenge the status quo and propose changes
  • Solid analytical skills: support the team with incident and problem management
  • Project management skills: coach project leaders and teams in Agile methodologies
  • Communication and promotion: influence and sensitize the Amadeus community around Test Systems topics
