Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management:
- Pain points identification and feedback collection
- Deployment of the change management plan
- Coordination and management of transversal working groups
- Game storming setup
- Project Management:
- Organization and planning of different streams
- Collection of the expression of needs
- Follow-up of the status of progress of the goals
- Assessment of the quality of the deliverables
- Training of the final users of digital tools
- Communication on the project progresses
Requirements:
- You are preparing a master's degree in a business school
- You have a good level of English
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- You have good communication skills and an appetite for digital tools
- You can animate meetings and have good writing skills
- Lean Six Sigma certification and knowledge of Agile change methodology would be a plus
