As a Heavy Equipment Operator at Colas, you will play a critical role in piloting specialized equipment used in various infrastructure projects, including road construction, canalization, and rail development. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe operation of these machines, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.

• Adhere to Safety Protocols: Implement safety procedures and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
• Prepare for Operations: Analyze project requirements, transport equipment to the site, set up site signage, and ensure safe access routes in accordance with traffic regulations.
• Ensure Equipment Readiness: Verify the proper functioning of equipment and vehicles before use.
• Operate Equipment Safely: Conduct operations in accordance with your authorized permissions and prioritize safety at all times.
• Execute Projects: Carry out tasks as directed by your supervisors, following established protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain Equipment: Clean and inspect equipment after use, perform routine maintenance tasks, and report any anomalies to your supervisor.
