About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team at American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
- General knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP
- Knowledge of SOX regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
