We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Education & Retail Experience & Social Learning Assistant. This role will play a vital part in supporting the EMEA Retail and Education team, assisting in managing global and regional projects, contributing to eLearning migration and data analysis, and collaborating closely with the Global Team on Retail Experience Beauty Tech and the 17 affiliates for execution and updates.
About the Role:
This internship will provide the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in managing global and regional projects for the Retail and Education team.
- Contributing to eLearning migration and performing data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborating closely with the Global Team on Retail Experience Beauty Tech and ensuring effective execution and updates with the 17 affiliates.
- Developing trackers and tools to support affiliates in ongoing and new projects, ensuring efficient workflow and project management.
- Demonstrating proficiency in utilizing social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, both in content creation and management.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recently graduated in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with a keen eye for trends and engagement strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook.
