About the Role:
As a key member of the Infrastructure & Support team within our Information Systems Department at Glocomms, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and security of our information systems. You will also manage development projects to keep our systems aligned with market standards. This role combines technical administration, system management, and project oversight, requiring both hands-on expertise and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administration: Ensure optimal operation of tools, systems, and networks. Oversee data backups to maintain network security. Manage system administration and access rights, adhering to security standards. Draft technical operating procedures. Produce and distribute monthly performance and quality reports. Monitor and analyze performance indicators, and implement improvement measures.
• Exploitation: Manage daily operations of physical, virtual, and application servers. Monitor system and network infrastructure. Validate the integration of new systems or applications into production. Handle access rights management for servers and applications. Resolve level 2 incidents, including diagnosing and following up on issues. Train users on security compliance.
• Maintenance & Security: Manage the evolution and maintenance of hardware, software, and systems. Oversee performance thresholds and resource optimization. Lead installation and upgrade projects for tools, systems, or applications. Draft and review processes and procedures, recommending improvements.
Your Profile:
• Essential Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows (10, 11) and Windows Server (2008–2022). Strong knowledge of Active Directory. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 solutions (Office, Exchange, Teams, Intune, Autopilot). Solid understanding of Firewall technologies (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto). Familiarity with Azure/Intra Cloud environments. Experience with network protocols (VPN, VLAN, Routing, Proxy, Switches).
• Desirable Skills: Knowledge of PowerShell scripting. Understanding of telecom and Internet technologies. Familiarity with VMWare, Veeam, and Antivirus EDR solutions. Experience with Cisco (Meraki LAN & Wireless), CFT, and GLPI tools. Strong knowledge of Information Systems functionalities and architecture.
