Cybersecurity Site Manager

Under the direct leadership of the Cluster Security Manager or the Area Security Manager, you will develop specific knowledge of the various operational process paths within the Data Center to identify security vulnerabilities. You will also create and constantly improve procedures, processes, and workflows using data and metrics to identify issues and areas of improvements.
Key responsibilities include providing guidance and direction to the contract security officers to maximize the effectiveness of the Security department, developing knowledge of company tools for data gathering and analysis, and being able to learn and adapt quickly to company tools. Additionally, you will be able to pass the SSIAP1 and TFP APS certifications.
Requirements include 3+ years of experience within a similar role in the public or private security industry, ~3+ years of experience using data and metrics to improve processes and/or customer satisfaction, and the ability to be on-call to support out-of-hours emergency activities at nights and weekends remotely and on-site.
As a Data Center Security Manager, you will be part of a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You will support the on-site contractor Security team as the primary security contact during the shift and provide guidance based upon existing Physical Security Standards and local SOPs.
