Job Title: Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at SEDIMA. As an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the agricultural equipment market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Client Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients in the agricultural equipment market.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our agricultural equipment products and services, and present these to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines with clients to conclude sales and prepare purchase orders.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Equipment Assessments and Financing: Conduct equipment assessments and provide financing advice to clients to support their business needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer control and follow-up.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and communication records.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer Focus: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
  • Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of commercial principles and practices, including sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of agricultural equipment products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant field, such as agricultural engineering, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
