Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the project team to meet quality, profitability, and schedule objectives set by management.
- Oversee team members while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Establish quality, profitability, and cost targets, supervising the project team to achieve these goals with an emphasis on cash flow management.
- Adhere to project timelines, manage potential risks, and guarantee product/system reliability, safety, and adherence to regulations.
Core Missions:
- Create a comprehensive project plan that includes timelines for mechatronic systems, components, hardware, and software.
- Set up the project schedule, foresee deviations and risks, and execute corrective measures.
- Manage the project lifecycle from development through to production, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, maintain effective communication, and manage the project budget.
- Supervise product and process design to achieve cost objectives and profitability targets.
- Identify project risks, implement action plans, and conduct thorough project evaluations.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is an engineer with at least 3 years of experience in project management. Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Fluency in English (TOEIC >750) with the ability to mentor others.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems.
- Understanding of internal manufacturing processes and supplier dynamics.
- Familiarity with mechatronic system production processes and quality benchmarks.
- Experience in failure mode analysis, engineering principles, and quality methodologies.
- Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards, as well as quality tools such as APQP and SPC.
