Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant for Real Estate Assets to join our team at Perial Asset Management. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for handling the financial aspects of our commercial real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify, record, and process expenses, as well as handle charge and tax adjustments.
  • Reconcile and clear third-party accounts, process entries in PP, and prepare tenant provisioning in collaboration with Property Managers.
  • Prepare sales settlements and property closure for sold buildings, track and reconcile "seller accounts" for acquisitions.
  • Participate in the setup of new acquisitions in the system alongside Property Managers and Fund Accountants.
  • Contribute to quarterly closing by analyzing tenant account balances.

Requirements

With a background in Accounting (Bac/Bac+2), possessing accounting knowledge, and prior experience as an accounts payable accountant, ideally also in real estate accounting.

Recognized for your interpersonal skills, prioritization, team collaboration abilities, and meticulousness, you also demonstrate proficiency in Excel and ideally in an accounting software.
