Mission

Our organization is seeking a talented Commercial Insurance Consultant to become a vital part of our team. Your primary duties will involve identifying and negotiating specialized insurance solutions that meet our clients' requirements, as well as coordinating their implementation, placement, and management alongside account managers. Your objective is to align commercial goals with underwriting policies and regulations.

Your Future Responsibilities in Group Insurance:

1. Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion in collaboration with account managers
  • Negotiate with insurance providers to ensure client satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability
  • Enhance contract management and suggest suitable contractual modifications
  • Guarantee client satisfaction and oversee the account management team

2. Technical Expertise in Group Insurance:

  • Advise on risk management, propose customized solutions, and supervise technical aspects of new business
  • Provide technical guidance to account managers in daily operations and client interactions
  • Remain updated on legal, regulatory, technical, and competitive trends in the insurance sector
  • Contribute to improvements in service offerings

This position is a newly established role reporting directly to Cécile, Technical and Operations Director. Join our team and benefit from a thorough onboarding program.

Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role and/or over 4 years as an Account Manager
  • Proficiency in group insurance
