Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client follow-ups and sales to businesses
  • Identifying new prospects and opportunities
  • Handling client inquiries and sending tailored proposals
  • Creating quotes and monitoring ongoing commercial negotiations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in luxury sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Knowledge of luxury products and the fine chocolate industry
  • Fluency in English is a plus
