Job Description SummaryAs a Manager - Development at Amadeus, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions for the travel industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Your role will involve driving innovation and continuous improvement within the team, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the JAP(Java Print) team in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development (c++/java) and team management.
- Familiarity with windows environment and hardware will be a plus.
- Experience on client-side application development is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
