WIN Sport School is in search of an Event Project Coordinator to enhance our operational capabilities.

This role is designed for individuals eager to embark on a professional training journey through an apprenticeship contract, aiming to achieve a Bachelor's degree in Event Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and execute various events
  • Plan, mobilize, and manage the required human and logistical resources
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and collaborative workgroups
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the events
  • Assist in creating event-specific communication strategies

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree
  • Passionate about the events sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and adaptability skills
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, organized, and versatile

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Selection process includes application review, online assessments, and a motivational interview
  • Prerequisite: Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree
  • Compensation will be between 43% and 100% of the minimum wage, in accordance with the apprenticeship contract salary scale
  • Prepare for an interview to assess alignment with the criteria set by our partner organization
