EssilorLuxottica Group, a global leader in the eyewear industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee our production operations during night and weekend shifts.

Reporting directly to the Industrial Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our workshops, encompassing surfacing, value-added processes, and finishing. Your responsibilities will encompass managing a team of skilled technicians and team leaders, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Excellence: Guarantee that all products meet stringent quality, safety, environmental, cost, and time standards set by management.
• Resource Optimization: Effectively align workload with available resources, including equipment and personnel, to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to your team of technicians and team leaders. Conduct performance evaluations, skill assessments, and individual interviews in accordance with company HR policies.
• Operational Compliance: Implement and enforce all relevant industrial standards (LOFT, PCP, equipment preventive maintenance, etc.) to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the ongoing management of continuous improvement projects and working groups within your scope, driving process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with various internal stakeholders across different shifts (Workshop Managers, Maintenance Manager, Process Engineers, Team Leaders, industrial support functions, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
