Job Summary
The Champagne Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, delivering exceptional service to guests, and upholding the hotel's standards of excellence. This role involves managing a team to ensure customer satisfaction, financial success, and adherence to company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the restaurant is set up to standard before each shift, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing customer complaints professionally and maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise service, managing staff to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage operations.
- Manage inventory, finances, and staff scheduling, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, conducting wine service and maintaining a deep knowledge of fine dining and beverage operations.
Requirements
- College degree preferred, with a focus on hospitality or a related field.
- Prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and customer service, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
