Job Title: Gros Oeuvre Project Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our organization as a Gros Oeuvre Project Supervisor. In this capacity, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Assessing Project Requirements: Determine the necessary human resources and equipment, including management of orders;
  • Conducting Financial Analysis: Perform budget execution studies, including consultations and comparisons of subcontractor pricing;
  • Overseeing Construction Activities: Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure adherence to schedules, manage additional material orders, and implement budget adjustments;
  • Enhancing Productivity: Report on site productivity improvements and engage in debriefing sessions with Site Managers and Team Leaders;
  • Coordinating with Subcontractors: Manage relationships with secondary trades to ensure smooth operations;
  • Ensuring Client Satisfaction: Uphold customer satisfaction by adhering to contractual management principles;
  • Team Management: Oversee and coordinate the work of various teams on site.
Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates should possess at least a BTS/DUT/Licence or Engineering Degree in building or civil engineering, along with relevant experience as a Gros Oeuvre Project Supervisor, particularly in reinforced concrete for large-scale projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and EXCEL is crucial for success in this position.
