As a Maintenance Technician at Colas Rail France, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of equipment necessary for job execution while ensuring its proper use.
Main Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Participate in maintenance organization, prioritize interventions, prepare equipment for regulatory controls, ensure proper traceability of interventions, and ensure new machines are prepared for operation following protocols and procedures.
- Equipment Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Inspect machines, diagnose breakdowns, prioritize troubleshooting and interventions, assess downtime, and perform repair work.
- Parts Procurement: Identify parts requirements and complete purchase requisitions in accordance with administrative procedures.
- Activity Monitoring: Produce intervention and equipment inspection reports, plan and record tasks carried out within deadlines.
- Operational Support: Ensure correct use of machinery, identify and correct bad practices, and advise operational staff in the field.
- QHSE Compliance: Ensure application of safety, quality, and environmental rules, identify, alert, and act if necessary concerning risky attitudes in the field or in the workshop.
- Team Management: Organize tasks, participate in training and follow-up, ensure team cohesion, and perform other management duties as required.
Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience.
- Self-taught with experience in a technical sector.
