About the Position:

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a CAP in Early Childhood Education through an apprenticeship model. This program is designed to provide practical experience while you learn.

What We Offer:

  • A one-year paid apprenticeship contract that allows you to gain hands-on experience.
  • Complimentary training for your diploma at one of our accredited training centers.
  • Flexible work schedule, alternating between childcare responsibilities and educational commitments.

Program Structure:

As part of this program, you will spend at least one day a week at the agency. You will also participate in 5.5 hours of live classes each week, ensuring a strong foundation in early childhood education.

In addition, you will engage in distance learning courses for an equivalent of 5.5 hours weekly, leaving you with ample time for practical childcare duties with families associated with our agency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Genuine passion for nurturing and supporting the growth of young children.
  • Strong listening and observational skills to cater to the unique needs of each child.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow early childhood professionals.
  • Possession of a vehicle is required for transportation.
