Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Mas Kourou. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to adults with disabilities, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adults with disabilities, including those with ASD
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (IDE) degree
• Valid Driver's License (B)
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with LIVIA software an asset

Working Conditions

• 12-hour shifts over 3 days per week
• One to two weekends worked per month
