Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Data Product Owner to lead the development of our Hotel Performance Intelligence feature team. This team builds and deploys data and AI-based products to support hotel performance:

  • Financial Performance: Forecasting hotel occupancy rates and revenues by combining booking data with forecasts from Revenue Management Systems, including AI components.
  • Web & Digital Performance: Analyzing, scoring, and recommending improvements for digital hotel content using AI algorithms (such as computer vision for photos and natural language processing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define a clear, ambitious product vision linked to business and data strategies, with guidance from the Tribe Product Lead.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data products that drive business outcomes.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience as a Data Product Owner, BI, or AI in an agile environment.

• Ability to extract and interpret business data through market-standard tools like Tableau.

• Involvement in defining and validating test plans.

• Fluent in English.
