About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Middleware Administrator to join our team at ITS Group. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain middleware applications to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Process work requests, deployment requests, and incident handling
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and implement operation procedures, alarm handling procedures, and technical inventory files
  • Provide technical support and training to team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical recommendations

Requirements

  • Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Middleware Administrator and/or Production Engineer
  • Fluent in English
  • Positive mindset, curious, and motivated
