Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Agriculture Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with professional clients in the agriculture sector, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agricultural professionals, understanding their business objectives and financial requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to provide a comprehensive range of banking products and services, including lending, deposit accounts, and risk management solutions, tailored to the specific needs of agricultural clients.
- Collaborate effectively with internal specialists, such as loan officers, investment advisors, and insurance experts, to deliver multi-faceted financial solutions that address the diverse needs of our agricultural clientele.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of client portfolios, ensuring risk management practices are in place to safeguard both the client's interests and the bank's financial stability.
- Work closely with the branch Director and team to achieve shared goals and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
