As a Site Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Coordinating and overseeing work teams, organizing meetings, and setting schedules,
- Guaranteeing quality, safety, and environmental adherence during project execution, in accordance with established protocols, budgets, and timelines,
- Facilitating communication with external parties such as clients, regulatory bodies, and utility service providers,
- Engaging in project transitions and addressing any arising challenges.
We seek a proactive and well-organized individual with outstanding interpersonal abilities. A solid foundation in construction or civil engineering, along with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, is essential.
Recognized for your technical proficiency and problem-solving skills, you should demonstrate autonomy, diligence, and strong communication capabilities. Familiarity with office software is also required.
