About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Technician Analyst and Test Specialist to join our team at Synergy Paris Aéronautique. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the realization of tests on sub-assemblies according to the production range. Your missions will include:
- Controlling the tensioners by sampling, then testing at ambient, cold, and hot temperatures. Adjusting and setting up the resistance.
- Adjusting the regulators before aging, then performing flow rate curves at ambient, cold, and hot temperatures.
- Testing the circulators after machining: rigidity, depression, heating, loss of charge, and anti-detonant.
- Writing anomaly detection reports.
- Writing technical reports.
This role is based in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole (78) and offers a competitive salary between 25-35 KEUR brut annuel. The working hours are daytime.
Required Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
- Conceiving theoretical models (calculation, simulation, modeling)
- Supervising tests performed by external laboratories
- Controlling the state of a sample
- Conceiving or improving tests and trials, production processes
- Instrumentation
- Statistical analysis
- Problem-solving methods and tools
