Contract Management Specialist - Renewable EnergyWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of our renewable energy projects by managing all aspects of contractual relationships.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and compile comprehensive EPC contracts for renewable energy projects.
- Facilitate easy access to contract elements through user-friendly interfaces.
- Oversee the management of project contracts and cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
- Handle all aspects of contract documentation, including amendments and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Proactively monitor contracts for potential discrepancies and risks, taking appropriate action to mitigate them.
- Prepare detailed documentation for claims or disputes that may arise.
- Actively participate in contract negotiation meetings, representing the company's interests effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) procedures throughout all project phases.
- Contribute to the seamless integration of QHSE considerations into project tools and documentation.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in IT software, including advanced skills in Excel and Word.
- Solid understanding of FIDIC contracts and their application in the renewable energy sector.
- Comprehensive expertise in contract law, project management, risk management, and finance.
- Demonstrated adaptability, excellent communication skills, strong teamwork abilities, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
