Job Title: Child Protection Worker

About Us: The Département de la Corrèze is dedicated to providing essential social services aimed at safeguarding the welfare of vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for the development and execution of the Child's Project
  • Organize and lead multidisciplinary meetings with pertinent stakeholders
  • Enhance parent-child interactions and ensure compliance with visitation rights
  • Support the maintenance of sibling connections
  • Offer guidance and support to parents and extended family members
  • Collaborate effectively with foster caregivers and other involved parties
  • Draft professional documentation and reports
  • Represent the organization during court proceedings
  • Engage in meetings and activities with both internal and external collaborators
  • Contribute to partnership initiatives and network expansion
  • Assist in the development of service protocols and projects
