Position Overview
The Cardiothoracic Department is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee patient care for both outpatient and inpatient services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance healthcare organizational practices
- Facilitate communication and coordination across various departments to fulfill patient requirements
- Oversee local human resources, including team leadership, conflict resolution, and skills evaluation
- Develop and adjust intervention programs in real-time, managing specialized equipment
- Collaborate with medical teams and manage medical information for effective activity monitoring
- Ensure a conducive care environment, conduct nursing assessments, and manage patient intake
- Address daily maintenance needs, oversee technical aspects, and provide staff training and supervision, alongside research initiatives
