About the Position:

We are currently seeking a State Registered Nurse (RN) to join our partner nursing homes in the Rochefort area, bringing experience and a commitment to quality care.

As an RN in a nursing home, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the comfort and health of the residents. You will work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized and comprehensive care to the residents of the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nursing care plans, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team: share pertinent information regarding residents' conditions and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and meticulous records
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who holds a State Registered Nurse diploma and has demonstrated success in a similar role. You should be recognized for your strong listening skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
