Key Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Director of Digital and Information Systems, the main mission is to specify, organize, and plan the implementation of a set of projects, from the design phase to the operational phase.
- Participate in defining the scope and objectives of projects, pilot, and ensure the follow-up and coordination of projects.
- Be responsible for the functional monitoring of the systems/projects led.
Key Skills:
- Strong digital sensitivity to contribute to innovation within the company.
- Responsibility for quality, security, and deadlines in the context of your activity.
- Regular and detailed reporting of project progress to your hierarchical superior.
- Adaptation of processes in view of regulatory evolutions.
- Accompaniment of internal clients in the appropriation of evolutions.
- Analysis of processes and helpdesk requests to propose axes of improvement of performance.
- Written recommendations.
- Implementation of recommendations after validation.
- Coordination of work with internal or external stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribution to the collection and analysis of needs with all departments.
- First-level data coherence: preparation of test scenarios, provision of reliable elements in the form of editing, extraction of control elements.
- Aid to users (training).
- Realization and/or update of technical and functional guides for each project.
Requirements:
- Master's degree (Bac + 5) with a specialization in information systems.
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, quality relationships, transversal work ability, dynamism, and proactivity.
- Flexibility and good adaptability.
