As a Marketing Assistant in the cosmetics industry, you will be at the heart of our mission to drive success in the EMEA market.
The EMEA Marketing Coordinator for high-end beauty products will be responsible for collaborating with multiple markets and the New York headquarters to bring strategic projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly brand analysis using cutting-edge tools to understand product performance in the market.
- Analyze data to gain insights into brand performance, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Craft pricing proposals that reflect a deep understanding of market dynamics and brand architecture.
- Provide valuable insights and competitor benchmarks to ensure product success from day one.
- Offer daily support, insights, and information to keep the EMEA markets and global HQ aligned and thriving.

Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of education beyond A-levels.
- Ideal candidates should have completed internships in marketing, particularly within the cosmetics or luxury brand industry.
- Proficiency in the English language is essential.
- Strong affinity for premium products and experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills are highly valued.
